Before you make your reservations, please review these details about your accommodations.

Please note: Our wood burning fireplaces are closed until further notice. Anyone interested in booking a room with a fireplace will have a gas fireplace if available.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival will result in a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within the 7 days of the arrival date will result in the loss of one night's stay. Note that cancellation policy may differ during some holiday periods or special events.
RATES: Rates are per unit, per night based on minimum occupancy. Nordic Village Resorts’ 12% amenities fee and 9% NH State Tax are additional. There is an additional charge for extra guests.
MINIMUM STAY: A two-night minimum stay may be required unless otherwise stated. Additional nights may be required during holidays and vacation periods.
ADVANCE RENTAL DEPOSIT: Advance reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the total charge of the stay. Advance deposit must be submitted by cash, check or money order within 10 days of booking the reservation. A credit card may be used for the deposit only if there is insufficient time to mail a check.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:As part of the registration process, guests are required to sign a release form stating acceptance of responsibility for payment of any damages to the unit or Nordic Village's properties occurring during their stay. We will take a credit card at check in, to leave on file in the case of any damages found in the unit. Cash security deposits of $150 will be taken if a credit card is not supplied, and will be refunded by check within 30 days of your departure, provided there is no damage to the unit.
CHECK-IN: is after 3:30 PM.
CHECK-OUT: is by 11:00 AM
PETS: Pets are allowed in specific buildings - Narvick and one of the Chateau's. Please check with reservations .
NON SMOKING PROPERTY - For the comfort of our guests, we are now a non-smoking property and require guests to move away from any buildings should they wish to step outside and smoke. We will charge $250 if we detect that a unit has been smoked in.
