A cancellation charge of $25 will be charged if cancelled 7 days prior. Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
All Holidays, February Vacation and Christmas Week cancellations are allowed up to 14 days prior to check in with a $50 penalty.

Deposit Policy: 50% of entire stay is due at time of booking reservation. However, one night stays requires full amount charged for deposit.
For the comfort of our guests, we are now a non-smoking property and require guests to move away from any buildings should they wish to step outside and smoke. We will charge $250 if we detect that a unit has been smoked in.
